During my stay, the rates were quite high, but this seemed to be the case for all hotels in Tokyo at the time. I opted for this hotel due to its convenient location. The room, though small, was adequately furnished and very quiet, providing all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Conveniently, there is a convenience store located within the same building. The hotel is well-situated, close to several subway stations, and surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars. Additionally, I particularly enjoyed visiting the nearby Hikawa Jinja shrine.

The location is very good, close to a metro station, but a little uphill. There was a problem with our reservation as somehow we booked a smoking room. The hotel staff could have identified the potential problem as our reservation included my pregnant woman and a 2 year old child. As there were no available non smoking rooms for the duration of our stay, they offered to change room every day (5 nights stay), which we accepted, it was inconvenient to unpack every day but at least every time the new room was directly available. What could have been improved was that we had to pay 60€ (in total) for the price difference for a couple rooms which would have been a nice complimentary detail for the inconvenient situation or maybe get a breakfast voucher. But at least they could manage the situation for us. The hotel is modern and clean, rooms are ok considering how is the situation in general in Tokyo, so we can recommend this hotel without problem. Breakfast is also ok, we paid 21€ every day, and strangely one day we had to pay for our small kid, the rest or the days it was free so we guessed it was a mistake from the clerk and in the end due to the small amount we didn’t complain.
