KAMENOI HOTEL AWAJISHIMA is a hot spring resort hotel standing on a hill along the sea where visitors can fully enjoy the beautiful island scenery blessed by blue ocean and nature. Awaji Hanasajiki park, with gorgeous scenery only found on the island of flowers, is about 15 minutes away by car. The highlands stretch from smooth rolling hills to the ocean, with a carpet of flowers and grasses as far as the eye can see against a backdrop of the Akashi Channel and Osaka Bay. About 30 minutes away by car you’ll find Awaji World Park Onokoro, packed with attractions such as the Zipline Adventure that let’s you soar through the sky, and the Three-story Maze. This theme park is fun for visitors of all ages.

The Naruto Channel, which connects Awajishima Island with Shikoku, is famous for creating the world’s largest whirlpools. About 50 minutes away by car is Fukura Port, where you can board ships such as the Kanrin Maru and Nippon Maru on the Uzushio Cruise for a dynamic up-close look at the whirlpools.
