Clean hotel close to train station. The breakfast was really good

Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is in the heart of shinjuku. Rooms are clean. There are a lot of convenient store such as Family Mart, 711 and Lawson in walking distance (less than 1 min) There are also a lot of restaurants. They also provide a proper printed info for guests who travels to airports. Sadly they did not provide mineral water and tap water is not for drink.

Leave your western views behind. Yes it's a small room. Make more money stay at a fancy hotel and you will be happy. This little hotel has heart. The location is PERFECT. The staff are PERFECT. The perfect Japanese warmth and hospitality you expect. Steps to everything. 7-11 Lawsons family mart at your door step. Shinjuku is the best place to stay. I had low expectations but was blown away and already planning my next stay here!

Had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights with my family and the twin superior room was superb! Well equipped, decently sized with a large bathroom and even a tub, my kids couldn’t get enough of it. Great proximity to the happenings of Shinjuku with convenient stores and numerous eateries and bars close by. Highly recommended!

This is a hidden gem hotel/residence at a prime location with a reasonable price. It’s at a quiet corner of Shinjuku with a community park in front of it, but within 5 mins of walking, you arrive at the Kabukicho Gate & the train station & many convenient stores & restaurants. The room is small like most Tokyo hotel, but minimalist & practical & clean, the bed setting smells fresh, like nothing! It’s important for me as I travel around the world, don’t usually sleep well with strong scent in the room, not even some 5 star hotel can do that. I requested a higher floor quiet room, it’s nice to stay at for 3 weeks. The room cleaning service has 3 options to choose from, since I don’t like my room cleaned & bed made daily, this service option is very useful with minimal disturbance. The laundry & microwave on the 4F is easy to maintain a home away from home lifestyle, not just as a foreign tourist living in hotel, paying expensive laundry bills. The staffs are friendly & speaks good English, for bookings more than 2 weeks, the hotel can store the luggage for free, so this hotel now is my traveling hub in Tokyo when I go somewhere else in Japan, then comes back to fly back to Singapore. This service can save hundreds of USD. Also, they offer luggage shipping & delivery service for a fee to your next destination. The hotel doesn’t have early check in policy, standard at 3pm, so if you arrive early on a red eye flight, like me from Singapore on ZipAir, I’d recommend just store the luggages at the lobby then head to the Thermae Yu, a large Onsen/Spa building nearby, within 10 mins walk, for a nice hot spring water relax bath & enjoy some good food, then come back to settle in.
