This restaurant is located on the hotel’s 2nd floor, and has a laid-back atmosphere with special open hearth seating at all tables.
Enjoy hearth-cooked foods made with local ingredients including superb Nikko raw yuba and mountain vegetables as part of full-course meals featuring charcoal grilled or boiled chicken and venison. The recommended three-meat (chicken, pork and venison) sampler includes soft, light venison back loin, and one course menu features delectable chicken stock shabu-shabu hotpot. Optional menu items are also available, such as salt-grilled cherry trout and barbecued king crab. Enjoy a hearth-cooked meal paired with locally-brewed alcohol or wine.
At breakfast time, white chicken porridge is offered at the hearth. The white chicken porridge topped with skipjack sauce is mildly flavored, making it perfect for breakfast.
