Perfect for what we needed after a 12 hour flight. -easy shuttle bus from airport, ask information for times and directions -NICE dinner at Azuma on 11F, great view, awesome food -went to baths in basement after, 500y for sauna and hot tub, nice! -comfy bed, blackout shades -fitness gym for the morning -shuttle to JRNarita station I’d stay again

Hotel with complete amenities including shuttles buses from Airport and train station. In the hotel lobby, you will find a small mini store like 7eleven, where they sell everything like food and drinks. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended 👌 to stay this Hotel.

The hotel is probably the best hotel I have been so far. It has complete set of equipment that a person needed in a check in. The room has a set of bed with set of chair and a table. There is a free coffee, tea and sugar along with a water heater and a small refrigerator. There televesion have a tons of channel where you can watch almost anything. The comfort room thus have a human size jacuzii where you can take a dip especially the temperature there is cold. There is a lot of free bath items in the room with soap, shampoo and conditioner. There is a hot and cold water option in the sink, bowl and shower. The bowl is high tech with automatic cleaner, seat heater and somewhat music. The buffet of the hotel is one of the best with varieties of cuisine around the world. The view of the hotel is beautiful with a small pond below it. The place is peaceful and quiet since it is far from the road. The staff are accomodating. I like my stay there

Other than location being a bit far from anything walking distance, the Hotel staff and rooms were great. Also have shuttle rides to the airport which is a plus. Restaurant and Family mart inside the hotel.
