【Regarding the Malfunction of the Water Heater】
Thank you for staying at HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Akasaka.
Our water heater system has had a problem since 4th July 22:00.
There was no hot water for some guest rooms.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion that we have caused and also for the inconvenience to our guests.
Currently, we are working with a contractor to investigate the cause and arrange the repairs.
If you have any questions,please contract the front desk.

At the restaurant & bar MINORI,
dinner will be closed from January 17th, 2022 (Monday) , until further notice.
Breakfast and lunch will remain open as usual.
