Terms and Conditions

• Stamp cards can only be used when making reservations through our official website, online chat, email and telephone.
• Stamp cards must be presented at the front desk when checking in.
• Stamps are valid for two years after issuance.
• Collect 1 stamp through every ¥3,000 spent on room charge; with 20 stamps (¥60,000 of room charge), you shall receive ¥3,000 discount coupon or QUO card with same face value for the next stay. Only one coupon can be redeemed per room reservation.
• Stamp cards cannot be reissued in the event of loss, theft, damage or defacement.
• Stamp cards cannot be transferred or used by others.
• Stamp cards cannot be exchanged for money.
• Stamp cards are not valid for use by Monthly Resi Stays guests.
• Guests of corporate membership rate, monthly room rate or agency package rate cannot apply this program.
• To claim a MYSTAYS Member’s Stamp Card discount (room rate discount), select onsite payment as the payment method when making your reservation. Room rate discounts cannot be applied when paying in advance by credit card.
