We will be performing work inside the guest rooms in our hotel on the following dates.
We regret the significant inconvenience this may cause our guests and ask for your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

(1) Changing the beds in all rooms

* We will notify you by message card no later than the day before the work is to be performed.
* When we change out the bed in your room, we will request that you change to a different room.
We will separately notify those who are required to move.
* All rooms (except Twin-type) will be re-fitted with semi-double beds.
* After the keycard system is updated, the keys will also change, so you are requested to visit the front desk. We apologize for the inconvenience. Locks will be switched to an auto-lock system.
* If there is any day you would specifically prefer for the changeover, please notify the front desk.
* Those performing the work will enter your room on the day. Our front desk staff and two outside workers will perform the work.
