Luxze Hitotsuba (“Seagaia Forest Condominium” from June 6, 2025) and Cottage Himuka (“Seagaia Forest Cottages” from June 6, 2025) at Phoenix Seagaia Resort (located in Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture) began operations on February 28, 2025.

Condominium-style accommodations with easy access to the beach. Each of the 142 rooms is equipped with a kitchen and dining area, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing resort experience with family and friends. We recommend this room for extended stays and training camps.
Cottage Himuka (To be renamed “Seagaia Forest Cottages” effective June 6, 2025)
There are 72 rooms spread across 14 buildings, including detached houses and group accommodations, all tucked away in the beautiful pine forests for a secluded retreat. All the rooms are equipped with kitchens, and some of them are even pet-friendly! In the summer, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the garden pool or have a barbecue by the pool.
