MYSTAYS HOTEL MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. will officially be renamed“Iconia Hospitality K.K.” on July 1, 2025.
Founded in 1999 to operate and manage serviced apartments, MYSTAYS HOTEL MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. has grown into a “comprehensive hotel management company” that operates a wide variety of hotels of all styles, ranging from extended stays and limited-service hotels to full-service hotels, resorts, and Japanese-style “ryokan” inns.
The company has expanded to operate major resorts and cultural facilities, focusing on accommodations. Since January 2025 the portfolio now includes Spa Resort Hawaiians, Phoenix Seagaia Resort, Cést la vie Resort Izumigo, Yatsugatake Kogen Lodge, and Yatsugatake Kogen Ongakudo (The Hall of Chamber Music).
With this name change, they are taking a bold step forward as a “comprehensive hotel management company” operating facilities across a wide range of categories and will continue to drive business expansion and growth under the new name.
