For the nightly rate, the room was to my satisfaction. The desk and chair in the room was very convenient for me to do work on my laptop with 2 power outlets available. There was sufficient space in the room for 1 large suitcase to be opened and placed out of the way in the corner of the room next to the desk. I never had to step over my suitcase during my whole stay unlike in some other small space hotel rooms. Location is great with close access to 4 different train lines (Metro and JR) Only thing to be wary of is that any street level emergency siren noises will be heard clearly from your room due to the room door opening out to an open air area. The siren I heard was quite audible even from level 14 (top floor). Recommend if you’re on a tight budget.

Overall: A compact, affordable stay in a convenient, quiet location. Staff: Though they did not speak much English, the staff members were very patient and eager to help. Nothing a bit of Google Translate could not do. They arranged our Yamato luggage transportation smoothly. They were courteous and made us feel welcome through the stay by answering our questions and greeting all guests who enter. Location: This is a quieter area of Tokyo but still within walking distance to countless restaurants and some attractions, such as Tokyo Tower, teamLab Borderless, Kyu-Shiba-rikyu Gardens, and Hamarikyu Gardens. Less than 5-10 minute walk to several JR stations with easy access to the rest of Tokyo. Also, Family Mart right next door is convenient for late night food, drinks, and amenities. Facilities: We had a room in the 12th floor. We did not utilize any other facilities besides our room. The room was small for two people but perfect for those looking to have a comfortable place to rest after a day of travel. Everything was clean and worked excellently.

Great location and excellent helpful and friendly staff. We have stayed at this little hotel quite a few times as we find its location very handy - close to Hamamatsucho’s Yamanote line station, also to the Haneda monorail, its close to Tokyo tower and an easy enough walk to Ginza. Its also right above Damon subway station. So really, its got excellent access to anywhere in Tokyo, plus being just outside the city centre, its a bit less hectic. Rooms are small as you’ll expect, but comfortable. If you want bigger rooms and more luxury, try the Mystays Premier around the corner, we have stayed there too and its very good, but of course a bit more expensive though still excellent value and has some family rooms. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast but there are a number of good coffee shops nearby that do nice and inexpensive breakfast sets.
