Thank you for your patronage of Kusatsu Onsen Daitokan.
On August 1 (Thursday) and 2 (Friday) the Kusatsu Onsen Thanksgiving Festival will take place.
For this reason, during the following dates/times the roads in the Yubatake area will be closed to traffic.
We will also be shutting off the lights on the Yubatake side of our hotel, including in the guests’ rooms.

■ Yubatake area traffic restrictions: 8/1 (Thurs.) and 8/2 (Fri.), 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
For those coming by car
The shuttle bus routes will be changed as follows.

Daitokan Parking Lot → Daitokan
Every 20 minutes starting at 1:10 pm (last bus is at 5:30 pm)

Daitokan Parking Lot → Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal
Buses leaving at 5:50, 6:10, and 6:30 pm
After 5:50 pm, please walk from the Bus Terminal to Daitokan. (It takes around 5 minutes on foot.)

■ Lights to be shut off on the Yubatake side of our hotel:
8:25 pm - 10:00 pm, 1st(Thu.), August
8:45 pm - 10:00 pm, 2nd(Fri.), August
(On both days, this shall apply until the PA announcement that lights can be switched back on.)

During this period, you will be unable to use the table tennis or kids’ space facilities in the hotel, or the common area toilets on the 5th through 8th floors.
We will also be turning off the lights in the 3F Pet-kan corridor and some of the lights in the 4F corridor.
We have lanterns set up in the rooms on the Yubatake side.
If you are using a lantern, please pull down the blinds in your room and close the sliding screens.
We apologize in advance for the considerable inconvenience and trouble to our guests who will arrive at the hotel on that day. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in regard to this matter.
