A restaurant with a bright atmosphere, bathed in light from the sun leaking through the windows. Here, guests can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast centered around traditional Aomori cuisine. With a different local dish every month, such as anchovy ramen and tsuyu yakisoba (fried noodles in soup), not to mention our famous boat-wrap tuna sashimi, there’s no end to the variety. Scallop kaiyaki-miso is a dish consisting ingredients and fish soup stock inserted into a scallop shell, and it is cooked on a one-person stove at your table. Pour a beaten egg over it before you enjoy it piping hot! Juice, desserts, jam and so on, all made with Aomori’s famous apples, also come particularly recommended. The venue can be used as a banquet hall to accommodate receptions and a wide variety of other events.

Enjoy a calming (“nagomi”) atmosphere in the private rooms of this restaurant that brings home the warm feeling of wooden construction. Experience truly Japanese traditional dining in a hori-gotatsu style room (with floor cushions around a low table and an opening underneath for feet) equipped with table and tatami. On top of our usual à la carte menu of tempura, sushi, sashimi, and more, we serve ample course meals made with seasonal ingredients. We have an assortment of local sake brands, as well as an all-you-can-drink plan. We particularly recommend the sukiyaki and shabu-shabu made with Kuraishi-gyu, Aomori’s famous beef brand. Cut with a special slicer, we take excellent care to preserve the delicious flavor of this top-class beef. In addition to the feeling of privacy granted by the individual rooms, you can also use our grand hall—perfect for large receptions!

Boxed lunches and hors d'oeuvres can be ordered for meetings and conferences.
Deliveries within the city of Aomori are also possible (excluding former Namioka Town; only for orders of at least 10,000 yen)
