Our finest-quality eel is locally sourced, mainly from Miyazaki, and then carefully prepared using a secret sauce skillfully hand made following an established recipe and premium grape sansho (Japanese pepper) from the Kishu Wakayama region.
Enjoy umami-rich eel grilled to aromatic perfection with superior grade A Hinohikari rice from Miyazaki.
Our extensive menu also features eel set meals (unagi-gozen) and a la carte dishes to pair with locally-brewed sake.
