    Sizzle, our lunch buffet restaurant, serves 70 different Japanese, Chinese and western dishes made with ingredients bursting with earthy nourishment. The penthouse, long a beloved landmark of Otaru, was reborn in February 2018 as Bar Duomo Rosso, a true bar experience. Enjoy an elegant outing in a chic environment, gazing at the gorgeous night view of Otaru Port and the North Canal. Hotel Sonia Otaru, located nearby, boasts a main restaurant that combines Ezomae-zushi, the Aburi Bar, and the Sake & Wine Bar, as well as a brand new coffee shop that specializes in French-press brews.

    Renewal open on February 1st, 2018. We have some of the best charcuterie, cheese and delicate liquors piled up and waiting for you at one of Otaru's gustatory landmarks. From here you will also have a beautiful view on the port and the North Canal where large vessels dance by the window. In the evening, come and enjoy fine drinks at the bar and have some joyful talks with the other guests.
