HANARÉ represents a different approach of Ryukyu Shintenchi, a fusion restaurant tracing its roots to Ryukyu cuisine with a Chinese, South East Asian, and Kyushuan influence.
The restaurant offers a single menu item: a full course of the chef’s recommendations.
The sommelier arranges pairings of wines, Japanese saké, craft gins, and other beverages that complement the aromas of the cuisine.

ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN is a roomy dining space designed around the traditional crafts of Ishigaki Island, with a very contemporary feel. The largest resort buffet on the island, it offers around 80 dishes of local and international cuisine. The chefs in the open kitchen will wow you with exciting cooking performances. There's also a kids' selection and baby food, as well as an all-you-can-drink menu with a variety of wines and other beverages. This all-day dining experience has something for the whole family!
