ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN is a roomy dining space designed around the traditional crafts of Ishigaki Island, with a very contemporary feel. The largest resort buffet on the island, it offers around 100 dishes of local and international cuisine. The chefs in the open kitchen will wow you with exciting cooking performances. There’s also a kids’ section with everything from baby food to cotton candy, as well as an extensive wine selection for mom and dad to enjoy, with more than 60 varieties of wine. This all-day dining experience has something for the whole family!
Our head chef stocks up on fresh island fish at the fishing harbor each morning, to serve it up to you as sashimi, sushi and even deep fried fish nuggets. We take island vegetables purchased at the local market and transform them into creative dishes that really bring out the flavor of the local ingredients. Try our famous Japanese Black beef either charcoal grilled or on nigiri-zushi. “Yuntaku” means “chat” in Okinawan, so why not enjoy a yuntaku with our friendly staff as you sample our delicious island cuisine?
Serving up voluminous set meals with seafood, Ishigaki-grown pork and Japanese Black beef. Watch the sunset with your family and friends, as you eat delicious barbecue and are serenaded by traditional Okinawan eisa drum music and Yaeyama folk songs. SUNSET TABLE holds the special honor of being the restaurant that is the closest to the evening sun on the whole island of Ishigaki.
You’re guaranteed to be satisfied after eating your fill of the seafood or Ishigaki beef, splendidly charcoal grilled by our chef. Our cuisine is unassuming and simply manifests the natural taste of all our delicious ingredients.
Our restaurant is only open on days when you can get a picturesque view of the sunset, and all seating is reserved on the day.

After going for a swim in the pool, why not sit back and relax at the beach bar right.Tropical fruit juice made from fruits like shikuwasa Okinawa lemon and mango, and cool desserts like granita (Italian-style kakigori) and gelato, lend the bar an especially refreshing sense. With original cocktails and more, there is also an endless variety of alcoholic beverages. This luxurious environment will allow you to watch the beautiful sunset with a soundtrack of cool jazz performed for you live. Look out at the ever-changing sea and relax with your meal.
