This restaurant on the hotel’s second floor will, with its large windows that provide an “open” feel, allow you to experience the natural beauty of Tateshina. In the center of this bright and comfortable restaurant is an authentic stone oven. Pizzas cooked in this stone oven are extremely popular with both kids and adults. For dinner you can enjoy the three famous dishes of Takinoyu: “braised beef sinew,” “Shinshu salmon omelet,” and our hotel-made original pastry “Yatsugatake.” The pastries are the product of our in-house pâtissier, and there are usually around 10 different types available.
